Join the Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce along with its staff, board, ambassadors, and Catalyst on Thursday, March 30th at 5:00 p.m. to celebrate the grand opening of
Josh’s Kennels at Stevens-Swan Humane Society.
These new kennels, in memory of Josh Zbytniewski, were made possible by the generous funds raised from the 2016 Heavenly Pawty Fur Ball. Stevens-Swan Humane Society depends solely on donations in order to care for more than 2,500 stray and abandoned animals each year, housing on average 100 dogs and 150 cats on any given day. With a care cost of $10 to $15 per day per animal, “It is only with the help of this generous community that we can continue to provide quality care and a safe haven for every pet in need,” says SSHS’s Executive Director, Diane Broccoli.
Come in to see the new kennels and stay to enjoy heavy hors d’oeuvres provided by A Moveable Feast by O’Connor’s and wine provided by John and Jackie Romano. Beer and soda will also be available.
